We are taking multiple stretching techniques and combining them to create the ultimate stretch. Using the body’s natural response, breathing, we are able to perform a deeper more therapeutic stretch. Rather than using traditional static stretching movements we are elongating the muscles in short, repetitive, motions allowing it to create muscle memory and gain flexibility. This type of dynamic stretch targets people of all ages.

Dynamic stretch can improve your performance while Static stretch is unlikely to improve your performance and is more likely to diminish performance noticeably. 

Dynamic stretch is recommended before and in between workouts or performances.  Static stretch is recommended after workouts or performances.
